How To Make A Payment

Insurance Premium

Once payment has been received and cleared from the Alberta Soaring Council, you will be emailed your Certificate of Insurance document. This usually takes 5-7 business days after ASC receives your payment. Insurance documents cannot be sent out until payment has been received. Please allow adequate time for your renewal to be processed.

eTransfer

Send payment to: payments@soaring.ab.ca

Email a copy of your Rating Sheet to: sheldon.steinke@soaring.ab.ca

Cheque

Write a cheque payable to: Alberta Soaring Council

Please note that you need to write your aircraft registration on the front of the cheque.

Include a copy of your Rating Sheet.

Mail the cheque and Rating Sheet to the following address:

Online Banking

Log in to your online banking site and go to Add a Payee.

Search for Arthur J. Gallagher Canada Limited and add as a payee.

The Account Number will be in the following format:

SACINSCGABC

Replace CGABC with your aircraft registration letters.

Make a payment as you would to any other online bill payment you have set up with your bank.

Please note that we are only set up for online payments with major financial institutions, therefore, some credit unions and smaller banks may not be setup for online banking.

Cheque

Write a cheque payable to: Arthur J. Gallagher Canada Limited

Please note that you need to write your aircraft registration on the front of the cheque.

Mail the cheque to the following address:

Credit Card

Pay by credit card through the third party online service provider: PolicyPayments
