Alberta Club and Aircraft Owners - Payment Instructions

For ALBERTA use ONLY:


If you do not require any changes from last year (other than those offered on your Renewal Sheet), you will need to immediately send payment by eTransfer (payments@soaring.ab.ca) or cheque to the Alberta Soaring Council – you will need to eMail or include a copy of your Rating Sheet with the payment to ASC – Sheldon.steinke@soaring.ab.ca or at the mailing address below. Please ensure you email/mail a copy with your payment to ASC as not having this information will cause delays in receiving your insurance documents.

Attention: Insurance Premium

 

  1. Once payment has been received and cleared from the Alberta Soaring Council, you will be e-mailed your Certificate of Insurance document – this usually takes 5-7 business days after ASC receives your payment. [Insurance documents cannot be sent out until payment has been received so please allow adequate time for your renewal to be processed.
